Visitors of How2Series.ca and users of our Apps agree to the same Terms of Use as our parent company, Bradatech Corp.

Payment Terms are as follows based on your purchased subscription:
- Monthly Subscriptions (non-recurring):
- Allows for single device binding (via the App) and cannot be transferred to another device for the duration of the term (month)
- The term (month) will begin upon device binding and will expire 31 days after
- Purchase price cannot be refunded once the subscription has been assigned to a device
- Monthly Subscriptions (recurring):
- Monthly billing is handled by Stripe (payment processor). Bradatech / How2 Series does NOT store credit card numbers
- Allows for single device binding (via the App) and cannot be transferred to another device for the duration of the term (month)
- The term (month) will begin upon device binding and will redeem 31 days after
- Device binding changes can be made between billing cycles (monthly)
- Purchase price cannot be refunded once the subscription has been assigned to a device
- Subscription / Recurring billing can be cancelled 5 days before the recurring monthly charge is scheduled to occur
- Yearly Subscriptions:
- Allows for single device binding (via the App) which can be transferred anytime to other devices within an organization for the duration of the term
- The term (year) will begin upon device binding and will expire 365 days after
- 50% of the purchase price can be refunded if the subscription is cancelled within the first 4 months of purchase
